We are looking for an AI Model Trainer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI). In this role, you will be instrumental in training and refining AI models that process medical data crucial for insurance-related decision-making, including underwriting and claims processing. Your expertise in medical documentation, insurance workflows, and claim adjustment will be vital to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our models.‍

Job Responsibilities:

• Training and aligning the model to domain specific tasks to improve AI model  performance.
• Train and fine-tune GenAI models to enhance understanding of medical  terminology, diagnoses, treatments, and insurance-related documentation.
• Give insights, suggestions and inputs with the assistance of process automation  through AI agents.
• Identify inconsistencies in model outputs and provide corrective feedback.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize training methodologies  and dataset quality.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on AI-generated outputs for underwriting and claims assessment.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner, while meeting stressed SLA deadlines.

Experience:‍

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, specifically in underwriting, claims  assessment, or medical risk evaluation.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Native level English
• Fast learning and very good computer skills.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Background in medicine, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (e.g.,  medical coding, nursing, biomedical sciences, paramedical professions).
• Background in BI Legal work–A big plus.
• Strong understanding of medical documentation and terminology, as relevant to  insurance processes.
• Experience in data annotation, NLP model training, or AI-based  insurance/medical applications.
