I am thrilled to share that I’ve joined DigitalOwl as the Vice President of Customer Success! This is an exciting chapter for me as I step into a role where I can help shape the future of how this innovative company delivers exceptional value to its clients. DigitalOwl is at the forefront of transforming medical record review through its advanced AI technology, and I’m honored to be part of a team that’s making such a meaningful impact.
But first, let me tell you a little about my journey. I’ve spent more than 15 years working in SaaS startups, building and leading Customer Success teams for over a decade. My career began in enablement, where I worked closely with both internal teams and customers to bridge gaps in knowledge and create more efficient processes. At that time, formal Customer Success roles didn’t exist, but I quickly discovered my passion for helping clients and building strategies that ensure their success. Over the past decade, I’ve led Customer Success and Support teams, focusing on scalable solutions that empower organizations and deliver measurable results.
My career has been rooted in understanding customer challenges and collaborating to create solutions that drive success. One of my core beliefs is that successful processes are built with the customer, not just for them. If you try to implement a playbook without the customer in mind, it will fail! I’ve seen firsthand how collaboration with customers leads to practical, meaningful solutions that address their real challenges. For me, it’s about fostering trust and building relationships that drive customer success and ensure the company grows alongside them.
I’m also deeply passionate about the vital role Customer Success Managers play in an organization. They truly are the glue that holds everything together and the best people to know (in my, unbiased opinion)! They play a critical role in bridging the gap between customers and the company, ensuring that both sides are aligned and thriving. Think of them as the canary in the coal mine: they are uniquely positioned to spot inefficiencies, areas for improvement, or potential challenges before they escalate.
My passion for building customer-focused solutions is what made joining DigitalOwl feel like a natural and exciting next step in my career. DigitalOwl stood out to me because of its unique approach to solving real challenges in the insurance and legal industries. There’s a growing demand for streamlined workflows, and DigitalOwl delivers just that with its innovative AI solutions. What excited me the most is how essential DigitalOwl’s technology has become—it’s not a luxury or an add-on; it’s a critical tool for improving efficiency and decision-making.
The company is at a pivotal point in its growth, transitioning from its startup roots to becoming an established industry leader, and I see incredible opportunities to shape the future of Customer Success here.
